Working with Lamacchia and Genevieve specifically was a great experience. We both sold and then bought with her as out agent. Her knowledge of the market was what first caught my attention. Her up beat personality clicked with us both immediately. From there, with her knowledge and a relationship established, Genevieve's attention to detail, and especially at this time, handling of the all the correct covid procedures, made this process one that could not have gone smoother or safer. We have bought and sold a number of houses and we have not had an agent as on top of it from beginning to end, and willing to go the extra miles (as we were pretty open to location) as Genevieve. Without a doubt, Genevieve is the absolute best! This is actually the second time that we worked with Genevieve. Two years ago, she sold our unsellable condo and helped us find an amazing house for an amazing deal. So, when needed to sell and buy again, we knew exactly who to call: our friend Genevieve. I call her our friend because that's exactly what she feels like-- a person who we could trust to have our backs and have a great time with (we laughed together a lot)! We needed to sell our current home and buy a new home during a during a very complicated and scary time in the housing market, but Genevieve was there to guide us through. She is incredible- very communicative, knowledgeable when it comes to the market, and supportive through the chaos that comes with buying/selling. We were extremely, beyond-words pleased with Genevieve Botelho. Not only does she present herself as highly professional but with excellent knowledge of the real estate market trends and the entire process. Genevieve kept us well informed during the process. We generally always sold our homes by ourselves. We knew that the COVID-19 process would need to be dealt with in a different manner. Genevieve arranged the selling process very professionally, The photographer used state of the art drones on the exterior photographs and did a beautiful and professional job with the interior shots. Genevieve also had a extremely professional staff agent assist in the open-house. They sold our home in a day, well above the asking price. The process was done in a timely manner. We recently worked with Gen to purchase our first single family home in Uxbridge, MA. She was a great partner throughout the whole process. We were looking for a home a ways from where Gen was located at first and despite that, she always made herself available to tour homes with us. Through her hard work, we ended up securing our perfect home (out of 10 offers!) and couldn’t be happier!

We recently bought a new home and sold our old one. We had the crazy idea to do this in the winter, not the most popular time for either! Genevieve took on this challenge with determination, excitement and a professionalism like no other! With all those factors, she was still able to get us our first home. We had the pleasure of listing our house with Genevieve when my mother decided to sell. The process could not have been more smooth, from the first time Genevieve met with my mother to discuss how she handles the process of developing the price to list the house for, the marketing of the house and finally any open houses and showings. She came prepared with thoughts on a listing price, comps, market data and trends. The research that Genevieve had done prior to the open house resulted in the sale of my mothers home in 10 days, and at full ask. My mother could not have been happier! I’ve been told by many people that this whole house buying process is frustrating, and disappointing to say at least. I am so happy to say that this was not our case! Genevieve is the ABSOLUTE best! Her work ethic is admirable! We couldn’t have wished for a better team player. She was always available to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I was dumb. She explained everything and made sure we were comfortable. She made herself available to accommodate my work schedule. I move a lot for my profession and Gen was far and away the best Realtor I have worked with. I worked with her on both the purchasing and the selling side of things and I can tell you she is great at both. She is on her clients side and takes the time out of her day to make sure you get what you need. Gen will take care of you like you are family I can't recommend her enough.

I honestly can’t say enough good about Genevieve Botelho. She has a strong work ethic, keeps in communication constantly, and will do everything she can to see your house for the best possible price. We moved across country on a short schedule and weren’t able to sell our house quickly enough because it had solar panels, so we rented it for a year and a half. Genevieve kept in touch and was ready to sell when we were. Many damages later, Genevieve helped us to secure a cleaner, walked through an atrocious mess with our contractor, and advised us to sell “as is” rather than pay a lot to fix it up as we intended. She was worried about the market in our area and was correct. She advised us in a way that resulted in lower pay for her but a better outcome for us because she felt it was the right thing to do. We sold because of her commitment and ability to show others the positives in our house (it gave the buyers instant equity). She stuck with us through all the negotiations, solar panel headaches, and other obstacles (and there were MANY). She really will do what’s best for her clients and will sell even the roughest of houses because she knows how to price each one properly. My husband I remarked many times how glad we were that we didn’t go with a previous realtor we worked with and worked with Genevieve instead. She knows so much about the market and puts in a ton of time and effort to market a house appropriately. If you want someone ethical, dedicated, and successful to sell your house, Genevieve is the realtor for you! She will go above and beyond!!

I give Genevieve Botelho a five star plus. When she first stepped into my home I was ready for a cash settlement. I had no idea what my home was worth. After she did a walk through we sat down to discuss what she thought what it was worth. Genevieve looked right at me and said I’m not offering you a cash settlement I can get you a lot more for your home and that’s just what she did.
